Bob McMullin

Bob is a long time member of the Salt Lake business community. He graduated from the University of Utah in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He has spent over 30 years in the employee benefits/insurance business. He is the owner and president of McMullin and Associates; selling and managing a variety of employee benefit programs. He served as president of the Utah Association of Underwriters and received the designation of Registered Health Underwriter (RHU). Bob is married (wife Gail) and is the father of seven children.


Dennis Johnson

Dennis Johnson is the president & CEO of Smith Johnson Group, a successful IT Services company. He has over 30 years of IT experience, and serves on various IT Boards of Directors including SIM, and ITT. Dennis organized Smith Johnson & Associates company in 1989. He has provided enterprise development and consulting services to Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail/Wholesale and Government entities from 1989 to 1995. In 1995 he expanded the company and began providing IT Services to companies in Western United States and Hawaii.


Eric Gardner

Eric graduated from the University of Utah. Served in the United States Air Force for 4 ½ years separating at the rank of Captain. Joined Deloitte LLP as a Certified Public Accountant and worked for 4 ½ years. Left to become Comptroller and then Treasurer of Terracor, a Utah land development company which was purchased by Leucadia National Corporation. Supervised the application by Leucadia National Corporation for a bank charter and when the charter was approved by the OCC, served as President of American Investment Bank, N.A. for 14 years. Retired from American Investment Bank and joined Board of Directors of CIT Online Bank, a Utah Industrial Loan Corporation, owned by CIT Group Inc.; consulted with WellPoint Inc. for a new Utah Industrial Loan Corporation. Currently serving on the Board of Directors of ARCUS Bank, the Utah Industrial Loan Corporation owned by WellPoint Inc., as well as the Board of Directors of I5 Services LLC. Eric served as mission president for the LDS church 2002-2005.


Ken Anderson

Ken is past member of the Utah State Legislature. He has invested over 40 years in real estate development and management, along with residential and commercial experience in Utah, Idaho and California. For over 35 years he has been CEO of Andersen Real Estate Investments Company, a commercial investment brokerage firm. Other activities include: Advisor, Sigma Gamma Chi Fraternity at the University of Utah; community service volunteer for various organizations, including United Way, Guadalupe Center, Jordan River Parkway and the Utah Food Bank, and years of ecclesiastical service and leadership.


Niel Nickolaisen

Niel Nickolaisen is the CIO and Director of Strategic Planning at Headwaters, Inc. He has held technology executive and operations executive positions; typically in turnaround roles. He has developed a strategic and tactical alignment model that significantly improves returns on technology and business initiatives (by both improving the benefits and reducing the costs and risks). He holds a MS in Engineering from MIT and a BS in Physics from Utah State University. He writes the "Practical CIO" column for the CIO Leadership Network and a "how to" column for Search CIO. He is the author of an Addison Wesley book on Leadership scheduled for release in 2009. CRN Magazine named Niel one of the top 25 IT Executives of 2008. Niel is also one of the founders of Accelinnova, a think tank focused on improving organizational and IT agility.
