Our experience has shown us that if an historical review has not previously been performed (for most payables and receivables processes) recovery is an option and recovered dollars can be used to help fund continuous monitoring and process improvement.

If detailed audit & analysis have been completed, we can begin the process with continuous monitoring. Our goal is to eliminate the need for recovery audit services. If recovery audit is carried out over many years, it can cause vendor abrasion, a dependence on recovered dollars, and it can become a deterrent to improvement. We correct and prevent the problems that require recovery auditing.
